Vera Ukwubile has over eleven (11) years experience in the Nigerian capital market and currently serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at Boston Advisory.

In her current capacity, she leads the development of regulations, financial reporting management systems, internal control, regulatory compliance and liaises with the Securities and Exchange Commission on extant regulatory requirements.

Prior to Joining Boston Advisory Limited, she had worked in the regulatory monitoring division of the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) Abuja, where she acquired valuable hands-on experience in capital market operations and investment regulations.

Vera holds a Masters degree in Accounting & Finance and a member of various professional bodies including the Compliance Institute of Nigeria (CIN) and Committee of Chief Compliance Officers of Capital Market in Nigeria (CCOCIN).
