Boston Advisory Limited (“Boston”) is a boutique investment banking firm incorporated in 2010 as an independent non-bank financial services institution. The company which is licensed by Securities and Exchange Commission of Nigeria was established to provide a broad range of investment banking services to a diverse group of corporates, public institutions and high net worth individuals.

Our core strength lies in our people with wealth of experience in sourcing, structuring and execution of complex financial transactions. Our management team of skillful and talented individuals have a deep understanding of Africa’s largest market, Nigeria. STRUCTURED FINANCE

Our structured finance team arranges and creates(structures) attractive mortgage-backed securities and asset-backed securities on behalf of Clients seeking to raise capital from the capital market through private and institutional investors

As governments around the world are implementing measures to contain this public health crisis, we have taken strict precautions to protect our colleagues and their families, while maintain our customer-centric culture. Our business is considered essential during this period, as we are needed to help stimulate the economy by offering sound financial advice and solutions to corporates, governments and their agencies.

We are following the advice of our government and public health authorities, and proactively implementing a range of precautionary measures, from stringent sanitation and cleaning protocols, to workplace distancing, temperature checks among others. This is done to best protect our staff members while achieving our corporate goals and objectives, we are currently working at our office three (3) times weekly and virtually for the other working days.

There is no doubt that COVID-19 is challenging and testing our society. Nonetheless, it is also showcasing our collective strength and the strength of character of our staff members at Boston.
