Chief Risk OfficerBabatunde Adesina (Chief Risk Officer) is a consummate Banker with a wide and varied experience cutting across operations, credit risk, Trade, commercial, corporate, Energy banking and management of corporate relationship. He has gained over 31 years professional experience within the banking and financial services industry.
He was an Assistant General Manager and Group head of Downstream Businesses of the Oil and Gas sector of United Bank for Africa before joining the Boston Group in 2023.
He holds a Bsc and Msc, in Agriculture from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, coupled with professional qualifications of an Associate and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, Associate, Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria, Associate and Member, National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria, Associate, Nigeria Institute of Credit Administrators, Member Chartered Institute Stockbrokers and Associate and Member, Nigeria Institute of Management.
He has attended several local and international trainings and seminars
He has a strong passion for business development strategy from prospecting corporate clients through to successful closure of deals.
